Celebrate Your Friends 〰️

Its the end of January and now you want to celebrate your girlfriends! Let’s get started how!

Hosting a fantastic Galentine’s Day is super simple and doesn’t have to be intimidating at all and I am here to help you. So sit back and get your pen and paper out to take some notes.

Step One: Start with a theme and create the vibes.

Starting with a Pinterest board can be super helpful. Build up a few themes that you want. If you are looking for inspiration on themes then start with some of the ones below! As a reminder anything boozy can always be made into a mocktail so don’t be alarmed by the names below!

  • Wine Tasting Night

  • Boozy Brunch

  • Sleepover Vibes

  • Paint + Sip

  • Margarita Night

  • Cookie Night

  • Wine + Chocolate

Step Two: Send out your invites! I typically like to send e-vites so that I can send to folks as a text message. This just makes everyone’s life a little easier. I use Canva to create cute little invites. I have a premium account, but they do have a free account that is super easy to use and gives a LOT of options. You can also opt in to pay for any of the little graphics yourself and those are usually a $1 or so.

What is cool about Canva is you can personalize all the colors and fonts that you want. So everything that makes your night special can be in that invite! <3

Step Three: Gather all your supplies. I like to gain my supplies from a combination of party supply stores, Amazon and thrift stores. My personal Galentine’s Day is going to be a combination of Pink Girly Vibes. Personalized pizzas, charcuterie boards and fun little drinks. So I will be having cute little pink champagne glasses, pink plates from the Goodwill and flowers from Trader Joes. It is also important to set a budget for yourself. These types of events can become expensive, so if you need to budget things - do it. Your friends will be just happy that they are celebrating together.

Step Four: Set up for your party! Ask one or two of your friends to come over and help you get set up. Have an amazing time and tag me in whatever Galentine’s party you have on Instagram!
